Somerset Beef Boxes
To provide you with the highest quality meat, our cattle are slow grown and ethically reared on our family farm in Somerset, before they are sent to a local butcher to ensure full traceability and minimal food miles. We offer a pick-up option or we can deliver using one our trusted couriers.
Our beef is blast frozen and vacuum packed which has a multitude of benefits:
• Rapid nutrient deterioration is effectively stopped by blast freezing meat.
• It improves the quality of your meat.
• It creates an inhospitable environment for bacteria, meaning that meat is fresher and safer to eat.
• Meat that is blast frozen and vacuum sealed lasts around 12 months, retaining all the moisture, juices and flavour.
